About us

The word “leadership” has been on everyone’s lips and in every training program for the past 20 years, embodying the ability to inspire and mobilize others. While models for assessing leadership style are legion, what has been lacking is a tool for assessing an individual’s or a group’s true – and therefore enduring – “capacity for positive influence”.

The influence-VERDICT© model meets the need to develop one’s power of influence.

It is aimed in particular at managers, teams and organizations whose mission is to create commitment.

Designed to be pragmatic and useful, inspired by psychology and a wealth of experience in the field, influence-VERDICT© is based on 7 levers, i.e. points of support that enable you to multiply your strength.

Using 7 questions, one or more individuals are invited to give their assessment of a theme and its project. The results are used to analyze and identify the levers of influence that need to be reinforced with an action plan. This part lends itself particularly well to a workshop or coaching session.
